You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
Whether it’s not the right size, colour, or simply not what you expected, we understand — shopping online can be tricky.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In a resaleable condition
To start a return, just email us at info@gundogleads.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process. You can also log into your account and request a refund by clicking on the relevant order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’re very sorry.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
You won’t be left out of pocket for our mistake.
Return Postage
- If you’re returning an item under our 30-Day Guarantee because you’ve changed your mind, return postage is your responsibility.
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return costs.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

We cannot accept returns on personalised or custom-made items
